I bought gas stove range about 3yrs ago. Loved it at first told even my parents to buy it. 3yrs later display not working correctly. Numbers are missing showing up not correctly. When I need to use the oven I cant see what the temp. Is set too. Please buy something else. Please save your time and money buy something else. Oh even my dishwasher is not working. Unreadable LCD Display renders oven useless.

Worked just great for a couple years. Now the LCD Display is completely out of whack and unreadable. I have practically new oven that is unusable. Despite this apparently being an incredibly widespread problem quick google search LG Support does NOTHING. My interactions with some of the support agents were sometimes shocking in how rude they were. Even the Presidential Liason team didnt follow up as promised and closed the case without even giving me a second to hear the situation. We have a kitchen full of LG products and wanted to love and support this company. Im afraid after this experience we are completely done. Id rather pay more for any other company out there if they cant stand by their products and fix well known defects. They are still selling this machine knowing itll break down right after the 1 year warranty is up Shameful and sad.

Digital display is defective

3 years in now Im spending $400 to replace the control panel which started failing right after year 1. If you buy this range be prepared to spend another couple of hundred dollars on repairs within a short time typically after the 1 year warranty runs out. This is clearly a manufacturing problem given the sheer number of complaints about the same issue. LG failed on this one. I regret buying this range.

Fine Stove Terrible Warranty / Service

The oven is a little over 2 years old and the digital clock is malfunctioning. Speaking with the service reps its going to cost us hundreds of dollars for a tech to come out and then even more money to repair. Its clearly a hardware issue with the product and I should not be spending over $500 to fix a stove that cost me $1000 only 2 years after purchasing it. Terrible. Do not buy LG as they do not stand behind their products.

Digital display issue: product warranty ?????

The range is fine.HOWEVER- The digital display isnt working properly and it flickers making the time and temperature setting a guessing game. The microwave is doing the same thing and its not an electrical issue its a product issue electrician in to test wires and install both. I have tried to get a hold of someone in cooperate to repair it with no telephone call back and no email back from several attempts. I also tried to go through the LG website to find a repair person and it came up no repair person in your area. So now I have a range with a digital display the doesnt work. Not happy considering we spent a crap load of money purchasing a range high end refrigerator over range microwave and dishwasher all together for our remodeled kitchen.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROCESS

The worst customer experience in my entire life - my oven broke in year 2 after 1 year warranty ran. I called customer service they charged $400 to send a third party out to fix it. They came out for less than 5 minutes and it took weeks to order the parts. I had to call multiple times - both LG and third party company. The service ticket was then closed without anyone ever repairing the oven. Made another round of calls. Finally they came out and fixed it but a day later it started malfunctioning and the oven would either error out or just turn on without anyone touching it. Another round of calls. They said they were ordering parts but its been 2+ weeks and nobody has come out nobody has called. Another round of calls.. feels like more of a Ponzi scheme to get customers money unfortunately.

Most amazing Oven

I brought this oven in January 2024 so I have had sometime to assess it: I am extremely pleased with it. The grill in the middle assist with being able to cook more food at one time. The even cooking of food is great. The air frying is a great added addition to the oven being able to cook healthy food without grease or oils. Ive baked cakes and was able to determine the heating to have them come out perfect.

Two-year-old stove not working and not being fixed

I absolutely love this range. It has the best burners for regulation of heat. The middle griddle is wonderful. I have not used the air fry feature because I havent ever used an air fryer before but will look into it soon. The stove top is easy to clean. My only complaint is that the panel is not backlit and in certain light it is difficult to read but I am now used to where everything is so it isnt a huge problem but I do wish it had backlighting or easier to read letters without the backlight.

Weve had this for just over 2.5 years and the paint in the bottom of oven is chipping for no obvious reason. We havent scrubbed or deep cleaned or even baked anything on to it. The digital clock is a glitchy at times and is out of warranty so would be expensive to replace/repair. Aside from that its otherwise a great stove and and were happy with it

Bought this range in July of 2022 for my mother for her birthday. 2 years in and we are having a ton of issues with this appliance. The buttons on the panel are peeling off and now the oven isnt heating up properly. I am just going to purchase another range and definitely NEVER purchase LG products again. The service repair guy told us that he is seeing a lot of issues with this specific range because during the pandemic they rushed manufactured with parts which are faulty parts. If there are issues with this model LG should consider recalling this device and replacing parts for customers because this is ridiculous. I am having the same issues as another customer who commented.

Ive only had this stove since July 2023 and already had to call and set up service to be told that if they send someone out and its not a warranty issue I will be charged. The griddle burner in the middle would only light half way. They sent the part to try it and see if that was the issue let me fix it my self even though its still under manufacturer warranty. It did fix the issue my concern is that burner doesnt get used often what if it keeps happening.

I bought my LG gas range about eight months ago. Everything is working just fine about two months ago. I noticed the digital read out is blinking. I went back to Best Buy and they told me that it was no longer covered. This was very disappointing. I still need to get it fixed.

I bought this last month as a replacement. I was very impressed with the new look that it gave our kitchen. This product was a little bit Intimidating at first because it has so many functions. There has been been an adjustment period for me because a new oven is heats a little bit differently. In addition I havent gad experience with this brand. I am extremely impressed with the quality and the appearance and would highly recommend purchasing this oven.

Very Unhappy

Range is not even 2 years old and already the self cleaning oven feature does not work we were told by LG Service that it will cost over $400.00 to fix it. We find this unacceptable based on what we paid for it it was not a low end range we expected more from LG appliances will not buy again.
